YOGA

Yoga classes will help your mobility and core strength and place an emphasis on mind and body. They will get your core and stabilizing muscles working, help with your breathing while helping you relax and improve mobility and balance through the various yoga postures and movements. Classes focus on accessible movements to build foundational core strength and improve focus, energy and performance. (Class length 45 minutes inclusive)

WORKOUTS

Full body workouts provide a warm-up, and an ‘accessible to all’ full body challenge within a short period of time. Each area of the body will be solicited, and challenged with options provided to modify the exercise intensity based on fitness level. The cardiovascular system will be challenged in a go-go-go workout using various methods, intervals etc., giving you the most for your time. The workout is followed by a stretching cool down to take care of your muscles to finish off the session. (Class length 45 minutes inclusive)
