ATHLETIC THERAPY

Post-injury, prepare for a sport, general fitness and health.  

Book a yoga session to work on your mobility, core, breathing and to improve your mindfulness and overall well-being.  Yoga will help your mobility and core strength and place an emphasis on mind and body.
