ACCESS RECORDED CONTENT
Join classes to start off your day with a workout or yoga session to set a positive tone for your day and do your body some good. All levels, full body, minimal equipment required. Remote classes.
Join in person for a private one on one session, or book with friends to keep each other motivated. Semi private session maximum of 4 people. On site sessions/classes.
Have your new or existing injury assessed, and treated with manual therapy techniques as well as corrective exercises to get you back to moving optimally. On site sessions.
Have your posture assessed, your overall movement assessed to provide a corrective exercise program to improve your mobility and function. On site and remote sessions.
Book a movement evaluation to assess each aspect of how you move, to provide you with an exercise program. Post-injury, prepare for a sport, general fitness and health. On site and remote sessions.
Provide emergency care services and pre event preparation for a sporting event, team to ensure safe participation and follow up for all participants.
Access yoga or workout classes you may have missed or want to come back to at a later time.
